Welcome to boldframe. These Terms of Service govern your access to our confidence and presence training for professionals. By enrolling in our services, purchasing our digital products, or ordering our physical materials, you agree to these terms.

2. Coaching Services

Our in-person and live online coaching sessions are designed to enhance professional confidence and executive presence. All sessions require full payment prior to scheduling.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule a session free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled time by contacting us via the contact form. Rescheduling within 48 hours is not possible, as this exclusivity blocks our coaches’ time.

Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the session will receive a credit equal to the amount paid, valid toward future services for up to six months. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. This policy ensures fairness to our coaches and other participants.

3. Digital Products

boldframe offers downloadable materials and online courses. Access is granted immediately upon payment.

Digital Product Refunds: You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided you have not accessed or downloaded more than 10% of the content. To request a refund, submit a request via the contact form. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Physical Goods

We ship training materials and workbooks worldwide. Shipping times vary by destination.

Returns: You may return unused and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us via the contact form. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item within 7 business days.

5. General Refund Terms

All refunds are processed according to the specific policies above. No other refunds will be issued outside these provisions. Refunds are completed by reversing the original transaction.

6. Modifications to Terms

boldframe reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
